The Health Options Plus^TM has partnered with Health Advocate, Inc. to provide each employee with their own personal Health Care Advocate. This is not simply an insurance company’s customer service department, this is a non-biased independent individual whose primary objective is to assist employees in navigating the complexities of the health care delivery industry.

Through Health Advocate, Health Options Plus^TM covered employees have the same caliber of personal healthcare advocacy that is enjoyed by employees of major corporations including CBS, The Home Depot and American Express. The Advocate is available to assist with processing benefit denial appeals, selecting appropriate specialists, coordinating care and treatment. In general, the Advocate is responsible for assisting employees in maximizing the benefits and services available under The Health Options Plus^TM and all of its constituent elements.
